📋 Job Requirements:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for CDL Class A drivers
• Source and attract qualified drivers through various recruitment channels
• Screen candidates and verify their driving experience, qualifications, and employment history
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Analyze early turnover and improve hiring quality

We are looking for experienced Driver Recruiters who prioritize both recruitment performance and driver quality. On-site (office-based only)
