• Proven experience recruiting CDL drivers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

📝 Notes:
We need an experienced USA Trucking Driver Recruiter who can handle both hot and cold leads, speaks fluent English with an American accent, provides regular hiring updates, and can onboard at least 7 drivers per month. Our primary focus is Owner-Operators. If you have these skills and a proven track record, we offer a competitive salary.
