Summary:

At Reineke Family Dealerships, we know that every customer interaction matters. As a Driver, you’ll play an important role in creating a seamless, welcoming experience for our customers while supporting our dealership teams behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Driver who takes pride in being helpful, representing the Reineke name, and keeping things moving.

Reports To: Sales Manager/General Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport customers, dealership employees, vehicles, and/or materials as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional transportation for customers to and from the dealership.
• Assist with vehicle pickups, deliveries, and dealership transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable company vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws, dealership safety procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dealership staff regarding schedules, pickups, deliveries, and customer needs.
• Help ensure vehicles and customers arrive safely and on time.
• Assist with general dealership tasks when not driving.
• Represent Reineke Family Dealerships with professionalism and a positive attitude at every interaction.
• Protect customer information and dealership property.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the dealership team.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to safely operate dealership vehicles.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to meet dealership requirements related to driving and insurance eligibility.
• Previous customer service, delivery, transportation, or automotive experience is a plus—but a great attitude and willingness to help are just as important.
