Driver – Youth Transportation (Bright Light)
As a Driver, you will safely transport youth enrolled in Bright Light services between their homes or schools and our center locations using a company vehicle. This role is ideal for someone reliable, flexible, compassionate, and committed to supporting youth and helping ensure they can access the services they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport youth to and from their homes or school locations to Bright Light centers for scheduled services• Ensure youth are transported on time according to established schedules• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment during transportation• Follow all transportation safety guidelines, company policies, and confidentiality standards• Communicate clearly with team members regarding schedules, delays, or transportation updates• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks and report any concerns promptly

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Registered Behavior Technician certification• Six months of experience working with children, youth, or in human services preferred• Must be at least 21 years of age• Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and follow transportation safety procedures• Reliable, responsible, and punctual with strong attention to safety• Compassionate and patient when interacting with youth and families• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly• Commitment to the company’s mission and values
