📋 Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in driver settlements, payroll, accounting, or back-office support in US trucking
• Working knowledge of a TMS (DataTruck, McLeod, PCS, or similar) and settlement processing
• Understanding of driver pay structures — per mile, percentage, flat rate — and standard deductions
• Ability to read and reconcile rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and fuel card reports
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Strong professional English, written and verbal, for handling driver pay questions
