Driver/Team Leader

Easy Movers, Inc is hiring. We are an independently owned moving and storage company located in the Chalotte Metro area, serving residential and commercial customers.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and energetic individuals to join our team. In this leadership role, you will drive, lead a crew, stay active throughout the day, and help ensure smooth, efficient moves by handling customers' belongings with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 20 - 26 ft. box truck
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift
• Lead and supervise a moving crew on job sites

• Load, unload, pack, and transport household and commercial goods

• Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed

• Complete customer walkthroughs and deliver excellent service
• Properly handle, wrap, and inventory items

• Complete end of move truck inspections and job paperwork

• End time varies based on workload

• Schedules vary based on business needs

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing up to 100+ pounds with assistance.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to use moving equipment, including dollies, straps, hand trucks, and moving blankets.
• Previous furniture delivery, moving, or furniture assembly experience required, along with strong customer service, communication, and crew leadership
