Driver

Job Description/Responsibilities

Transports team members, funds, documents and/or valuables to the required destination safely and within the required timeframe; Follows route and time schedules; Identifies basic faults/mechanical problems associated with the assigned vehicle and files reports in a timely manner; Completes the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report [DVIR] at the beginning and completion of each route (if required); Reports all accidents and incidents involving driver and company vehicle in a timely manner; Performs any other duty assigned within the scope of the position;

Job Requirements

Secondary School Leaving Certificate; An open General Drivers Licence; A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position; Basic mechanical knowledge; Familiarity with Jamaican Road Codes and Laws; Must be attentive and possess excellent decision-making skills; Security awareness when performing all tasks; Ability to work effectively in teams; Flexibility to work on different shifts; Good interpersonal skills; Ability to meet deadlines;

Experience Level

Entry Level (<2y experience)
