We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join our team as a Driver Trainee. This entry-level position begins as a Laborer / Non-CDL Driver, supporting warehouse and delivery operations, with a clear pathway to become a CDL Driver.

Top performers will have the opportunity to participate in a company-sponsored CDL training program, allowing you to build a long-term career as a professional driver.


What You’ll Do:


Delivery & Driving Responsibilities

· Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles to deliver materials to customer job sites

· Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and protecting materials during transport

· Support drivers at delivery locations by moving and placing materials as directed

· Maintain delivery paperwork, logs, and communication with dispatch

· Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs


Warehouse & Labor Support

· Load/unload trucks and stage materials for deliveries and customer pickup

· Pull and prepare orders accurately and efficiently

· Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided)

· Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and job site environment


Safety & Compliance

· Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines

· Always use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening requirements


CDL Training & Career Path

· Opportunity to advance into a CDL Driver role

· Eligibility for company-sponsored CDL school and training with 18-month (1 and a half years) commitment once CDL is acquired

· Hands-on experience working alongside CDL drivers

· Opportunity to progress into specialized equipment operation and higher earning potential
