Driver
GENERAL FUNCTION (PURPOSE OF POSITION)
- Responsible for delivering and/or collecting goods as per delivery orders
TASKS
Technical
- Deliver goods on time based on delivery order
- Upload goods upon the truck
- Check that all goods are in order before every delivery
- Ensure the vehicle is in good condition
- Inspect goods received are in order and in good condition as per delivery order
- Follow traffic rules and regulations when delivering goods
Management
- Optimize operation cost through efficient delivery planning
Safety
- Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities
Quality
- Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activities
Education
- Secondary
Others (License/Certificates)
- Class 3 and 4 license
EXPERIENCE EXPECTED
3 - 5 year(s) of experience in delivery
COMPETENCIES EXPECTED (Maximum 8 in total)
Technical
- Good knowledge of local country’s roads and locations (Level 4 - Proficient)
- Ability to carry heavy goods up to 25kg (Level 3 - Competent)
- Ability to converse, read and understand basic English (Level 3 - Competent
