Job Summary

Drive trucks to transport soil, sand, stones, and construction materials safely between construction sites, stockyards, and dumping grounds while maintaining vehicle condition and coordinating with site and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks to transport soil, sand, stones, and construction materials between construction sites, stockyards, and approved dumping grounds
• Load and unload materials safely to prevent damage and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking engine oil, coolant, tyres, and brakes to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report any mechanical issues to management for timely repairs
• Follow all traffic laws and workplace safety procedures to ensure safe transportation
• Keep accurate records of daily trips and delivery documents for operational tracking
• Coordinate effectively with site supervisors and operations staff to support smooth logistics
• Follow daily job assignments and instructions from the operations team to meet project requirements
• Perform other duties assigned by management as needed to support operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations
• Willingness to learn tipper truck operations and construction-site procedures
• Ability to work independently after training
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Fresh license holders are welcome to apply; no previous tipper truck driving experience required
