Job Summary

You will transport materials and equipment to construction sites, operate and maintain delivery vehicles safely, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from construction sites to support project timelines
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with traffic laws and safety regulations
• Inspect vehicles regularly to identify and address maintenance needs for safe operation
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks to ensure reliability
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and maintain detailed delivery logs for record-keeping
• Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
• Lift and carry heavy materials and equipment safely to facilitate loading and unloading

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid driver's license to operate delivery vehicles legally
• Maintain a clean driving record to ensure safe driving standards
• Demonstrate experience driving delivery trucks or similar commercial vehicles to handle job demands
• Understand and apply traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain compliance and safety
