Driver with type C license - Warehouse Assistant

About the role
Eurofirms is selecting a Warehouse and Transport Operator for a company in the catering sector located in Sant Just Desvern. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the correct logistical management of goods and materials, ensuring the preparation, loading, transport, and delivery of orders, as well as the maintenance of the warehouse and the equipment used in daily operations. The tasks to be performed will be the following:
What you'll do
- Perform receiving, storage, and dispatch tasks for goods.
- Prepare orders through picking processes and loading/unloading of cargo.
- Execute inventories and stock control.
- Load and unload goods from transport vehicles.
- Transport materials and goods at least 1 time per week to the headquarters located in Girona.
- Ensure the correct distribution and stowage of cargo in the vehicles.
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the facilities and materials.
- Perform cleaning of material when necessary.
- Comply with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and the company's internal procedures.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
Education & certifications
- High school diploma
Languages
- Spanish and Catalan spoken and written correctly.
Requirements
- Proactive and dynamic person.
- Availability to travel.
- Valid C driver's license.
- Residence near the workplace is valued.
