Bluebirds Transportation is hiring dependable, caring drivers to transport clients to medical appointments throughout the Treasure Valley.
Multiple Opportunities Available:
- Full-Time Driver – $16/hr
- Flex Driver – $17/hr
(Available for a daily midday break)
- On-Call Driver – $20/hr when dispatched
(No guaranteed hours)
- Independent Contractor Program
Use your own vehicle and earn approximately 60% of trip revenue.
Use Your Own Vehicle & Earn More
Qualified employee drivers may use their own vehicle and earn:
- Hourly pay plus $0.60 per loaded mile
- Additional vehicle maintenance contributions
Qualified contractors may:
- Use their own vehicle
- Lease a company vehicle (subject to availability)
- Build their own transportation business with support from Bluebirds

Qualifications:
- At least 24 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable and dependable
- Professional and compassionate attitude
- Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and state credentialing requirements
