CleaningDrones.Asia provides drone-enabled cleaning solutions for façades, roofs, ceilings, solar panels and other difficult-to-access areas.
We are seeking a versatile, hands-on professional who can manage customer projects while also serving as the drone pilot and on-site project lead.
Role Overview
Own ad-hoc projects from the initial site visit with a potential client through feasibility assessment, planning, customer coordination, operations and project close-out.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Assessment and Customer Engagement
- Conduct initial site visits and understand the customer’s requirements.
- Assess access, obstacles, operating space, water supply, site risks and determine project feasibility.
- Estimate duration required for project and support scope, quotation and schedule preparation.
- Serve as the main contact for the customer throughout the project.
2. Project Planning
- Prepare the work plan, manpower and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate site access, work schedules, permits and supporting contractors.
- Prepare or support risk assessments, safe work procedures and method statements.
- Track project schedule, costs, risks and customer requirements.
3. Drone Cleaning Operations
- Set up and operate the drone-cleaning system safely, in accordance to SOPs and safety management requirements.
- Conduct demonstrations, trials and cleaning operations.
- Manage drones, batteries, supporting and auxiliary systems required to support the projects and operations.
- Lead safety briefings, exclusion-zone control and operational troubleshooting.
4. Completion and Follow-Up
- Record completed work using photographs, videos and checklists.
- Manage customer acceptance, feedback and any required rectification.
- Complete project reports and support invoicing.
- Identify potential repeat work or additional sites.
Compulsory Requirements
- Valid CAAS Class A Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL), Rotorcraft category up to 25 kg.
- Relevant hands-on commercial drone-operating experience.
- Able to independently manage customers, projects and live site operations.
- Strong safety awareness and operational discipline.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Legally eligible to work in Singapore.
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise DJI, tethered-drone or spray-drone operations.
- Technical field services, façade cleaning or facilities management.
- Preparation of risk assessments and safe work procedures.
- Project management, workplace-safety or engineering experience.
- Work-At-Height certifications.
- Driving licence.
