Dry Packer 2nd Shift (includes shift diff)

Position Summary: Safely, accurately and efficiently label, unitize and box liquid, paste, and powder products.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work with all employees, customers and vendors in a civil, professional and respectful manner at all times – verbally, non-verbally and in writing.
• Package only the highest quality product that is attractive to the customer.
• Assemble and prepare product for packing with correct labels and packaging components as determined by dry pack sheet.
• Accurately follows and complete dry pack sheets according to product, carton, labels and literature.
• Pack-out orders safely and efficiently.
• Determine and verify method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Strive to learn new equipment and computer software.
