Dry Van CDL-A Driver | Up to $94,500 Annually | No touch freight

We are expanding its dedicated Target fleet and hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul retail products in dry van trailers. Enjoy no-touch freight, drop-and-hook operations, competitive annual earnings, and additional performance and retention bonuses.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average annual pay: $87,700–$94,500
• Top earner: Over $108,560 annually
• Weekly performance and safety bonus: $50
• Quarterly retention bonus: An additional $0.02 per mile, effective November 1, 2026
• Potential annual retention bonus: $2,000–$3,300
• Paid weekly with activity-based pay

Schedule & Home Time

• Current peak-season schedules: Thursday–Tuesday or Tuesday–Sunday
• Starting time: 10:00 a.m.
• Approximately 2–3 layovers per week, typically around 28 hours each
• After peak season, typically beginning in January, drivers will have two set days off

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical card
• Able to work weekends
