Pay Rate: $25–$35/hour

Overview
The Patch Boys is seeking an experienced Drywall Repair Technician to join our growing team in Houston. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong experience in drywall installation, repair, and finishing who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform drywall hanging, installation, patching, and repairs
- Match textures and complete finishing work to a high standard
- Handle basic painting and trim work as needed
- Complete remodeling-related drywall tasks
- Transport tools and materials to job sites
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven drywall experience (installation, repair, finishing, texture matching)
- Experience with painting; trim work and remodeling experience is a plus
- Must own hand tools, power tools, and drywall equipment
- Reliable truck or van capable of transporting materials and tools
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable passing a background check and drug screening
- Availability Monday through Friday (Saturdays optional)
