Your Role

In your daily job you will:

 Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the DS Plant.

 Lead manufacturing operations to achieve targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

 Develop and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

 Build a high-performing organization through effective people management, coaching, and talent development.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.

 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including plant or operations management.

 Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, Lean principles, and continuous improvement.

 Proven leadership and people management capabilities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

 Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a global organization.
