[Staffing Coordinator]
 Driving the hiring and interview process with hiring managers and recruiters
 Scheduling a high volume of on-site, phone, and video conference interviews
 Managing logistics for the interview process (recording activity in the applicant tracking system, arranging travel, collecting feedback)
 Assisting with other projects as needed
What we need to see:
 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
 Must be organized and detail-oriented
 Must demonstrate flexibility and initiative

[HR Admin]
 協助供應商聯繫、採購文件處理及固定資產管理。
 負責辦公室日常行政事務，維護整潔、安全的辦公環境。
 協助公司活動、員工活動及差旅安排。
 協助公司車輛管理，包含保養、保險及年度檢驗。
 提供人資、主管秘書及櫃檯相關行政支援。
 協助永續發展相關資料蒐集、系統登錄及報告製作。
 支援主管交辦事項及其他行政專案。

[Technical Sourcer]
 Partner with recruiters and the business to develop a diverse candidate pipeline.
 Work with engineering leaders and recruiters in defining and maintaining hiring needs while understanding technical requirements of the roles, the engineering challenges, and how they fit into the organization.
 Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, GitHub, and open web search etc.
 Craft custom outreach messaging and screen prospective candidates.
 Work with recruiters to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.
What we need to see:
 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
 4+ years’ technical sourcing expertise for technical roles.
 Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, local job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
 Excellent interpersonal skills.
 Expert-level internet search and networking skills.
 Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills.
 Creative thinker as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
