Isoke Developmental Services is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a 2:1 home and community care setting. You will work alongside a licensed nurse, helping individuals stay safe, build independence, and participate in meaningful community activities. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and making a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Support individuals during community outings and activities
• Encourage independence and positive routines
• Monitor health and safety and report concerns to the care team
• Complete service documentation through our EVV system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks
• First Aid/CPR / BLS
• Experience in home care, IDD, or human services preferred
