No experience? No problem! We provide paid training to set you up for success.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct care and daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Support individuals in building independence, life skills, and confidence
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being at all times
- Transport individuals to activities, appointments, and community outings

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to meet authorized driver criteria
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting, etc.)
