Key Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores

- Support clients in developing independence and life skills through personalized training and encouragement

- Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and health status accurately

- Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with team members and family members

- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all clients

- Accompany clients to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities

- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or behavioral challenges

Skills and Qualifications:

- Associate and bachelor's degree

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards individuals with disabilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required

- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as needed
