DT Coordinator
Summary
Coordinates drive testing (DT) for telecom networks, from specification checks to final site verification, while handling customer complaints and optimizing network parameters using tools like TEMs Investigation and M2000.
Job Description:
o Coordinate DT from specification checks till final single site verification
o Handling customer complaints and provide solution with proper explanation report.
o Network parameter audit and to provide recommendation to sort-out inconsistencies observed after Drive Test
o Act as a leader and mentor in day to day operations to provide insights for DT ASP Teams
Requirements
Job requirement
o A minimum of 5 years work experience in RF Design, Initial Tuning & Optimization
o 3 years proven expertise on DT & Customer complaint handling
o Knowledge and experience with data collection tools, e.g. TEMs Investigation 13.0
o Statistical and Performance Analysis (Business Object, ENIQ, M2000, NETACT, FACTS, ITK)
o Command Handling, Traffic Observation, and Alarms Management (WINFIOL, CME, MOSHELL, M2000) o Network Planning and Performance analysis (MAPINFO, MCOM, NEXPLORER) o Good Knowledge on the ERICSSON/HUAWEI RAN Portfolio
Skills / Qualification:
o Leadership and communication skills
o Ability to interact with customer and identify area of improvement
o Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
o End-user / customer problem investigation and give quick remedies and solutions
o RF Related Small Tools and Macros (Exert, Google Earth, PIANO, MAPSOURCE etc.)

o Good presentation, time management and leadership skills & ability to work with diverse backgrounds

o Proficient English, written and spoken. Portuguese is a plus
