DTC Marketing Specialist
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
Our client is an early-stage direct-to-consumer (DTC) company preparing to launch a new physical product designed for online sales. With brand development and packaging nearly complete, the company is entering a critical pre-launch stage focused on building awareness, establishing its digital presence, and generating early market traction.
The founding team brings strong business experience and is seeking its first dedicated marketing hire to translate the brand vision into a scalable go-to-market strategy. Social media and digital channels will serve as primary growth drivers, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, short-form content, brand awareness, and performance-driven execution.
Role Overview
The DTC Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s early-stage marketing strategy ahead of product launch. This role will own go-to-market planning, brand awareness initiatives, social-first content strategy, early paid media efforts, performance analysis, and foundational marketing processes.
As the company’s first dedicated marketing hire, the Marketing Manager will work directly with the founders and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has experience launching or scaling consumer or DTC brands, understands how to build traction through social and digital channels, and is comfortable independently taking marketing initiatives from concept through execution and optimization.
