DTP Artist
Summary
Creates and finalizes print-ready designs for large-format projects, ensuring color accuracy and quality through Adobe tools and print equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Produce designs as requested by project staff and clients.
- Review and revise artwork as needed.
- Prepare final artwork files for printing/production.
- Conduct color correction on artwork as necessary.
- Conduct quality checks to guarantee timely and accurate printing.
- Oversee the entire process of preparing final artwork within specified deadlines.
- Supervise printing jobs from inception to the pre-print/fabrication stage.
- Coordinate with project staff and clients to meet their requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
- 2 years or more of working experience in the graphic design & print industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience of large format printing, plotting, cutting, and related processes, including working with Eco-Solvent printer, UV printer, lamination machine, and plotter.
- Attention to detail and aesthetics to ensure consistent quality in printed pieces.
- Able to work under minimal supervision and independently.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
