Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is looking for an ambitious, experienced Registered Manager who is ready to take ownership, develop high-performing teams and help shape the future of two specialist services.

TWO SERVICES. ONE LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY.
You’ll take overall responsibility for our dual-registered Supported Living services in Enfield and North Finchley, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and complex needs.
Your leadership will directly influence the quality of support people receive, the development of your teams and the continued growth of the services.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the operational management and continued development of your services.
Your role will include:
- Leading, recruiting, developing and performance-managing your team
- Managing the day-to-day operation of two dual-registered services
- Responding to referrals and completing assessments of need
- Developing and reviewing personalised support plans
- Driving meaningful goals, outcomes and independence
- Coordinating person-centred reviews
- Building strong relationships with families and professionals
- Working closely with commissioners, multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming and person-centred environment
- Driving continuous improvement and service development
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and organisational policies
- Leading the services through registration, inspection and ongoing regulatory requirements

THE PACKAGE
£40,000–£45,000 basic salary + annual performance-related bonus, with on-target earnings of up to £55,000 per annum.

ARE YOU THE LEADER WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be an experienced and confident Registered Manager who knows what great care looks like, and has the leadership skills to make it happen.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing services supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams
- A relevant care qualification such as QCF Level 4/5 or equivalent, RMN, DipSW or similar
- At least three years’ experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- A strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding and care governance
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care
- Confidence working with families, commissioners, professionals and external agencies
- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to identify opportunities for service development
- Experience managing regulatory requirements and maintaining consistently high standards
Experience or training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) would also be advantageous.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to lead from the front, develop people and improve outcomes.
