Dublin IT Support Engineer — DevOps & Hardware

Sony Interactive Entertainment in Dublin is seeking an Engineering Services Support Engineer to be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day IT support in our Dublin office, working with a Bristol‑based IT Team. The role blends first‑ and second‑line support with hardware and development‑kit maintenance.

You will own incidents from first contact to resolution, support Windows 11 and Mac OS, expand Linux knowledge, manage device lifecycles, and create clear guidance for colleagues.
