We are looking for a passionate and skilled Dumpling Chef to join our growing team. If you take pride in handmade food, work well in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoy creating delicious dumplings with care and consistency, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and make handmade dumplings daily
- Prepare fillings, dough, and ingredients according to recipes
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and to expected standards
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support kitchen operations and teamwork during service hours
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in dumpling making
- Experience in Chinese cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
