Dunkin’ Team Member – IAD Airport

The Grove Inc. proudly operates Dunkin Donuts inside Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and we’re looking for energetic, dependable Team Members to join our team!

Pay

$17.50 per hour + tips

Available Shifts

• Morning: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests
• Prepare Dunkin’ coffee, beverages, food, and baked goods according to brand standards
• Take customer orders and accurately process transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Stock ingredients, supplies, and products as needed
• Work efficiently during busy rush periods
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other restaurant duties
• Work as part of a team to provide an excellent guest experience
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers

• Previous restaurant, coffee shop, food-service, or customer service experience is a plus

IMPORTANT IAD AIRPORT REQUIREMENTS

Because this position is located inside Washington Dulles International Airport, all candidates are required to:

• Successfully pass an in-person TSA fingerprint background check
• Provide two forms of valid, original, undamaged identification
• Meet all airport security and badging requirements
• Complete the required fingerprinting and airport badging process

Please note: Candidates must have the required identification available and be able to successfully complete the TSA fingerprint background check and airport badging process.
