The job
As a Online Sales Representative you will be responsible for coldcalling companies to set appointments for the clients. These clients are lawfirms, banks, marketing agencies. You will receive all the training you need when you start. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Handle a large volume of outbound phone calls
- Ensure that you maintain a good relationship with the clients
- Reaching out to existing and potential clients
Your qualifications
💭 You speak Dutch at a native level (from the Netherlands) and you can communicate in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care and coldcalling is a plus, but not a must.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 You have a proactive attitude, commercial persuasiveness, and an analytical mindset.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough. You thrive in a target-oriented work culture.
