🔧 Scope of cooperation:

Handling customer inquiries received via incoming calls regarding technical issues and product functionality.

Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions.
- Providing product-related information.
- Registering requests in internal systems.
🎯 Our requirements:
- Very good command of Dutch.
- Good command of English.

Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g., washing machines, refrigerators, TVs).

Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with computer tools efficiently.
- Availability of at least 120 hours per month (flexible distribution).

Willingness to provide services from our office located at 24 Wołoska Street, Warsaw.

What we offer: 👇

Civil contract with a rate of PLN 56.00 gross per hour.

Bonus system depending on quality indicators agreed for the service (+2 PLN / +4 PLN gross/hour)
- Flexible cooperation model – you decide on your availability within project operating hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 - 18:00). Availability is declared independently by the contractor and agreed on an ongoing basis in line with service needs.
