Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers in Dutch and English, provide helpful solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working in an international environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Good command of English.
• Willing and able to work remotely from Greece.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Willingness to attend on-site training and meet the initial office-based work requirements.

RELOCATION SUPPORT

Important: Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before their start date to complete the required hiring documentation.

Candidates who relocate for the role must work on-site for at least the first 3 months. Exceptions apply to candidates who already have confirmed accommodation and a suitable internet connection in Greece. Remote work arrangements are subject to the applicable conditions.
