What you'll do
- Help Dutch-speaking customers by phone, chat and email
- Handle orders, deliveries, exchanges, invoices and complaints
- Troubleshoot products, devices and digital services
- Process refunds and claims, and follow every case through
What we're looking for
- Native or C1 Dutch
- English at B2 level or higher
- A quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Calm, friendly and solution-oriented
- Based in Greece or ready to move there
