Your Responsibilities
- Support customers in Dutch and English.
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens for the initial on-site period, where applicable.
What We Offer

Position Details
- Location: Athens, Greece.
- Schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00.
