Take full responsible for the performance of departmental activities within the shift, immediately bring to your manager attention any problem arises

Operate, install and maintain all electrical, mechanical related equipment, HVAC equipment, plumbing and water distribution systems, including steam systems and kitchen equipment.

Perform inspections of operating machinery, pant rooms, systems.

Calibrate and adjust all gas-fired equipment.

Take a daily reading of all utility consumption and prepare energy management plans/ideas.

Conduct guest room maintenance in accordance with the preventative maintenance program.

Ensures all workshop and working areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance and compliance with fire and safety regulations and all municipal, state and federal guidelines.

Proven knowledge of all aspects of Engineering, including plumbing and electrical, mechanical….

Ensure all equipment is used according to the manufacturers recommendations and ensure all equipment is well maintained and in a good state of repair In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.
