Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Duty Manager – Enclave to join the resort’s Enclave Operations team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Oversee and support the Enclave front office team during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and personalized guest experiences.
Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, butler services, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing service enhancements.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, incidents, and service notes.
Assist in training and mentoring Enclave team members.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are met.
Act as the point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met.
Support the Duty Manager in managing shift operations and reporting.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in front office or guest services, with supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in luxury hospitality and handling VIP guests.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Professional appearance and guest-centric attitude.
Shift-based schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
May involve standing for extended periods and handling guest luggage or amenities.
Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
