As Duty Manager, you are responsible for general management and security issues within the hotel. 1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
2. Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
3. Handle VIP guests and special requests.
4. Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff during the shift.
5. Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members.
6. Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.
7. Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
8. Participate in inventory management and control.
9. Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality benchmarks.
10. Implement and uphold the hotel's policies and procedures.
