Duty Manager, Lapland Safaris Olos
Lapland Staff is looking for Duty Managers for Lapland Safaris Olos for the winter season 2026-2027.
The Shift Supervisor's duties focus on daily operations, as well as organizing and managing various tasks and responsibilities. In this role, you will oversee the overall daily operation, coordinate ongoing activities, and take responsibility for resolving day-to-day changes and operational challenges. Your responsibilities will also include communication with subcontractors and working with the Explores and Maraplan systems.
We are looking for a person with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure. The role requires attention to detail, and we value a responsible and professional approach to work. We hope you are hardworking, proactive, and have excellent teamwork skills. Due to the nature of busy seasonal work, flexibility with working hours and the ability to handle the pressure and challenges of the role are essential.
As the working environment is international, we require fluent spoken and written English. Additional language skills are considered an advantage, especially German and French. Previous experience in the tourism industry or relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or supervisory roles is also regarded as an asset.

Lapland Safaris provides new employees with paid, role-specific training at the beginning of their employment.
The employment relationship is a fixed term seasonal contract by the Collective Agreement in the Adventure Services sector. The work starts in mid-October and lasts until the end of March. Salary according to the Collective Agreement of Adventure Services grade B, hourly wage starting from 12,90 € (gross). Work will be done also during weekends and public holidays. Sundays and Finnish public holidays are paid double. Accommodation is organized in shared rooms, with reasonable rent in comparison to the local price level.
