We’re looking for a confident and people-first Duty Manager - Overnights to help lead the daily rhythm of the hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, leads with calm energy, and knows how to turn service into something memorable.
You’ll be the face of the hotel during your shift — supporting teams across Front Office, Food & Beverage and Guest Experience while ensuring every guest interaction feels warm, seamless and distinctly Andaz Gold Coast.
What you’ll do
- Lead daily hotel operations across guest-facing departments
- Support, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence and care
- Maintain operational standards, presentation and safety across the property
- Work closely with department leaders to ensure smooth communication and service flow
- Create genuine connections with guests and elevate the everyday guest experience
- Support VIP arrivals, special events and high-occupancy periods
