Duty Manager
Job Overview:
- Our client is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth event execution, and maintain high service standards.
- You will lead shift operations, coordinate manpower, manage customer and stakeholder relationships, resolve operational issues, and take charge during incidents or emergencies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and shift manpower deployment.
- Ensure service quality and operational excellence.
- Handle customer feedback, escalations, and incident management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and event organisers.
- Conduct shift briefings, inspections, and operational reporting.
- Coach frontline staff and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience managing operations in a relatively large and fast-paced environment, handling cross-functional coordination, customer escalations, and operational incidents.
- Experience leading operational teams; event operations experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.
