Job Summary
- Monitor the overall front-of-house operations and ensure the guest services will be provided in professional manner
- Enhance guest satisfactions by handling guest enquiries and special requests
- Respond to all emergencies situations and strive to deliver the excellent and safe solutions
- Support the management by achieving revenue targets
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or equivalent in hospitality or related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience working in hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with MS Office and Guest Service related systems
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
