Duties and responsibilities related to the Duty Security Officer role
Carry out day-to-day security tasks, including monitoring access control, conducting patrols, and assisting with emergency response procedures.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Assist in identifying security vulnerabilities during routine checks and promptly reporting any risks or incidents.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and facilities, to support security-related needs.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances as needed.
Keep accurate records of incidents and report to supervisors regularly.
About you
Previous experience in hotel security role and possession of a SIA license is essential. You will have strong leadership and communication skills. Flexibility to work all shifts is required.
