Job Summary**
As a DVCEN LMT Screener (Temporary), you will be responsible for evaluating and processing initial applications for specific programs, ensuring they meet the preliminary criteria before advancing in the recruitment pipeline. This role requires attention to detail and efficient data entry.
Job Responsibilities**
* Review and assess incoming applications against predefined eligibility requirements for designated programs.
* Accurately input and update applicant information into the company's database and relevant systems.
* Identify and escalate applications that do not meet initial screening criteria.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding application status and potential issues.
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on program guidelines and screening protocols.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment and screening process.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar screening role is preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
* Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
* Must be available for the duration of the temporary assignment.
