DX ICT Manager

Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions within a cutting-edge environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic financial initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Finance modules, ensuring seamless transitions from design to operational support.
• Analyze, document, and refine end-to-end business processes pertinent to accounting and financial reporting.
• Engage with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to collect and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support project management activities by managing functional workstreams and tracking deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Design, configure, and validate SAP solutions while leading testing activities to confirm alignment with operational requirements.
• Assist in data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live events.
• Manage vendor relationships by evaluating deliverables and facilitating issue resolution within set timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 to 10 years of direct experience in enterprise application implementation, business analysis, or IT project management.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and strong functional understanding of finance-related modules.
• Familiarity with end-to-end business processes, including but not limited to accounting, procurement-to-pay, and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification writing.
• Experience in project management in complex environments is advantageous; relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
