Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Consultant

We are seeking a senior resource to join the team either from mid-November this year or at the beginning of FY27. This would facilitate adequate knowledge transfer from existing full-time personnel.

Start: mid-November

Workload: Full-time

Work model: Hybrid (3 days office/ 2 days remote)-Warsaw Office

Duration: 6 months + option for extension

Budget: up to 200 zł/h

Main Responsibilities:

• Join the project team and contribute to ongoing initiatives.

• Provide guidance and leadership on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer between team members.

• Ensure adherence to development best practices.

• Participate in design and architecture discussions.

• Lead data migration activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform

• Strong development skills in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, PCF controls, Power Automate, and Power Pages

• Strong knowledge of APIs and Azure integrations

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices

• Proven experience leading data migrations, including on-premises-to-cloud migrations

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security and solution architecture

• Experience working as a Technical Lead, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect
