We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. This role is crucial for helping our clients optimize their customer relationship management processes and enhance their overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 CE solutions. - Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet client needs. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CE applications. - Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CE and recommend improvements to clients. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.
