Dynamics 365 CE Systems Analyst
FULL Onsite - MAKATI, ORTIGAS
Salary: Up to ₱75,000
Experience Required: 5-7 Years
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
Experience implementing enterprise applications with multiple integration points.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, solution design, and documentation.
Internship experience will not be counted toward the required years of experience.
Strong knowledge of:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Microsoft Power Platform
Microsoft Azure Services
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience creating design documentation and functional specifications.
Familiarity with testing methodologies, defect management, and issue resolution processes.
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data mapping concepts is an advantage.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications are a plus
