Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Salary: AUD 1000 - 1100 per day

Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant | 12 Month contract | Energy industry

Join a large-scale digital transformation program and play a key role in delivering and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions, supporting the successful delivery of CRM capabilities and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support delivery
• Support UAT, testing, data migration and release activities
• Develop user documentation and deliver training
• Identify opportunities for CRM and business process optimisation

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
• Experience as a Functional Consultant and/or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service and Marketing
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation capabilities
• Experience supporting UAT and implementation activities
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams

Desirable

• Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Azure integrations or API experience
• Agile delivery experience
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
