Location: Remote (India)
Contract: 12-Month Rolling Contract
Rate: Up to INR 12,000 per day (inclusive of 10% TDS)
Working Hours: UK Hours (8 hours/day)
Start: Immediate or Short Notice Preferred
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Testing Professional to support testing activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT testing.
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Test Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts.
- Validate workflows, business rules, security roles, and integrations.
- Conduct end-to-end testing across CRM and connected systems.
- Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution.
- Work closely with developers, consultants, and business users.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
- Knowledge of CRM processes, integrations, and data validation.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- ISTQB Certification.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
