Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance Functional Consultant
Summary
ERP functional consulting role: run fit-gap analysis, write functional design docs, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O finance modules (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash & bank), then support data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live troubleshooting. Onsite in Sudirman, Central Jakarta; needs Indonesian accounting/tax knowledge.
Job Description :
1. Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis to identify gaps between clients' business processes and standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) functionalities.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Functional Design Documents (FDD).
Understand and address local statutory and tax requirements, particularly Indonesian accounting and taxation regulations.
Provide recommendations on financial business processes and ERP implementation best practices.
2. Financial Module Configuration
Configure and implement core financial modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Cash and Bank Management
Budgeting and Financial Reporting
Cost Accounting
Ensure system configurations align with business requirements and financial processes.
3. ERP Implementation & Project Support
Coordinate data migration, including opening balances, chart of accounts, fixed assets, and other financial master data.
Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business requirements.
Assist in cutover planning, system deployment, and Go-Live activities.
Provide post-Go-Live support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant, preferably specializing in Finance.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in D365 F&O Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank Management.
Experience in ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, UAT, and Go-Live support.
Good understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Willing to work onsite at our office in Sudirman, Central Jakarta.
